Johnny our lead Chef has been at the Kookaba nearly twenty years. That's twenty years experience in making the best Ozzie tucker in actual South Wales (see what we did there?). Johnny made his name as the lead chef in one of Saundersfoot's restaurants before venturing out on his own. Then came the call to take over the Kookaba, an opportunity not be missed. Johnny has successfully been preparing Kookaba's most scrumptious tucker for nearly two decades, with great cooking comes great responsibility (we hope you get the reference).
